BOCKSTARK – the name says it all. 20 months in a barrique, a strong, powerful, dark red colour. Bockstark, or strong as a buck, on the nose with extracts of black berries, liquorice, coffee and dark chocolate. Bockstark taste-wise – broad-shouldered and complex. With a taut tannin structure as strong as a buck. Strong, substantial, but still soft on the palate and with a long, almost endless finish – simply bockstark!

Macho oder Softie? Im Bukett dominiert der Lemberger, kann sich gut durchsetzen, strahlt seine Autorität aus. Es zeigt Noten von Vanille, dunklen Beeren, Cassis, herber Schokolade und etwas Würze, die uns an Wacholder erinnert.
