The Pinot Noir trocken shows a deep cherry red colour and violet highlights in the glass. Its bouquet captivates with fruity aromas of black cherry and blackberry. On the palate, it is voluminous with a complex tannin structure and a long, fruity aftertaste. A mash fermentation over approximately 14 days and gentle pressing allow the unique characteristics of the Pinot grape to be emphasised. This Pinot Noir trocken is an excellent wine which captivates thanks to its excellent quality and unique taste.
