The Nr. I Syrah trocken wine defines the leaders of our quality system. An intensive cherry-red colour with violet highlights in the glass make this wine a delight to the eyes, even before drinking. In the bouquet, it captivates with a herbal, spicy note and nutty traces, as well as an aroma of forest fruits. On the palate, the Nr. I Syrah trocken is voluminous with an extremely present concentration. The finish is fruity and long-lasting, which serves to confirm its excellent quality. The use of wood for 30 months is carried out with plenty of ecological sensitivity and perfectly complements the wine's character. The 15-year-old vineyards are able to utilise the full potential of the Syrah grapes, giving this wine a unique note.
